Amy Smith MCIOB is Director for Energy Transition at Liberty. Amy is a property services expert with almost three decades’ experience and holds a degree in Building Construction and Management. She leads Liberty’s energy efficiency and renewables strategy and teams – including specialist PAS consultancy, NetZero Collective – helping property managers to decarbonise homes and buildings, making them more sustainable and cheaper to heat. From beginning her career on site carrying out construction and logistics planning, Amy progressed through roles establishing her expertise in social housing maintenance, fire safety and compliance and energy efficiency. She’s a seasoned leader in bidding and played a pivotal role in establishing WPS’ energy efficiency retrofit services. Most recently as Partnerships Director, Amy has been intrinsic in driving cultural development and establishing strategic collaboration with some of the UK’s biggest social landlords. Outside of WPS and Liberty, Amy is an independent board director for TPAS – the industry voice on tenant engagement.

Daniel is a qualified Retrofit Coordinator who joined NetZero Collective in 2021 from Liberty Group. As the operational lead for our retrofit consultancy team, Daniel plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through every stage of their PAS 2035 journey, ensuring full compliance while delivering best-in-class retrofit solutions. With over 15 years’ experience in electrical installation and design across social housing, commercial, and industrial sectors, Daniel has become a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, efficient strategies. His leadership has improved project outcomes, driven higher levels of compliance, and enhanced client confidence in our consultancy-led approach to retrofit delivery.
