Support for smaller landlords to access decarbonisation funds
Is your company missing out on access to the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) due to the 100-home minimum for bids? You’re not alone. Many smaller landlords and housing associations have been left out of the Government’s flagship decarbonisation scheme. But we’re here to help.
NetZero Collective has been supporting landlords across the UK to access funding, and deliver retrofit schemes for the past 2 years. And in that time, we’ve our clients to secure over £640,000 of grant funding, as part of a wider consortium bid valued at £10.1m.
With the second round of SHDF funding about to open, we’re opening support to smaller landlords and housing associations, inviting you and others like you to work with us to access vital funding to kick-start your decarbonisation journey.
By working as a collective, we can meet the 100-home minimum bid requirement with ease – so why not get in touch and see how we can help you to delivery your zero-carbon goals.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t one really. By getting involved, all you need to do is commit to £500 per property for a PAS2035 survey and coordination. And it’s up to you how many homes you want to include.
If the bid is successful, you’ll receive the funds to complete the decarbonisation of all the homes you included in the bid. And NetZero Collective will work with you to deliver retrofit coordination and programme management to ensure the retrofits are completed on time, and to any obligations of the funding. Our cost for this service are covered in the funding , but is equivalent to £25 per property.
