We all have a part to play in tackling climate change. This Earth Day 2021 is a time to reflect on how we can manage and reduce our impact on the environment and NetZero Collective are helping landlords across the country to do their bit for a greener planet.

In 2020, we launched our innovative research-led solution aimed at collaboratively developing right-first-time decarbonisation solutions for UK landlords, looking at how different technologies work together, and designing a best-value solution to large scale retrofit rollout.

We are currently working with 14 organisations across the UK representing over 125 individual properties.

Our work to decarbonised UK properties in an affordable way will not only reduce carbon emissions, but will also dramatically reduce the cost to heat or cool the properties following the retrofit works being completed, with current estimates showing a saving of 1 third from resident energy bills.
